Job Description:
This growing international practice is currently seeking a Director of Studio Operations that will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of the New York Studio. This individual will play a key role in the firm, while maintaining Project Management responsibilities on the studio's various large-scale projects. Duties include hiring and training new personnel, setting individual goals for team members, and taking part in annual compensation reviews. The Director of Studio Operations will also be responsible for oversight of studio projects including contracts, tracking accounts receivable, and the coordination with firm communication leadership on project reviews. Collaboration with top management on prospected budgets, overhead costs, capital expenditures and non-project expenses are key responsibilities. This role has a firm-wide impact, collaborating with other offices and firm leadership. 15+ years experience with 10+ in Project Management. 5+ years in Studio Leadership.
