Our projects range from high-end interior renovations to new multifamily residential buildings. Many projects are within NYC's historic districts and include both preservation and contemporary design elements. Selected applicants should be prepared to work independently and as part of a team on all aspects of the design process from site planning through construction detailing and management. A thorough appreciation of both contemporary and traditional design, strong CAD (Vectorworks) & graphic skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are recommended. Successful candidates must be willing to participate in a wide range of activities and take on responsibility within a fast-paced yet low-key studio environment. Requirements:Bachelor or Masters in Architecture3+ years office experience, including residential construction documentationProficiency in Vectorworks and the Mac platformFamiliarity with NYC Zoning Resolution and Landmarks process is a plusExcellent design & communication skills.
