Responsibilities include day-to-day office management, typing, light bookkeeping (including assisting the bookkeeper and tracking and organizing bills, invoices, etc.), making travel arrangements, and scheduling. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. The candidate must type well, have a confident phone presentation, be familiar with standard office software packages. Hours are 9 - 6, Monday - Friday. Full benefits, vacation, including retirement package. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The applicant must have had some prior office experience. We prefer to hire an applicant who plans to work at the firm for 2 or more years. The applicant must be comfortable working in a small office. Once hired, the applicant will begin working at the firm in June and train with the current Office Manager.
