Responsible for conformance with contract requirements for deliverables. Responsible for meeting project schedule milestones. Responsible for project invoicing and collections. Responsible for client communication relating to project scope, schedule and invoicing. Prepare and negotiate agreements with clients and consultants. Prepare internal budgets for projects. Prepare and maintain project documents required by accounting. May participate in design presentations. Requirements Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture. -Minimum 8 to 10 years experience as an architectural project manager. -Experience in large scale, mixed-use Type I projects. -Understanding of different project delivery systems such as design/construct; design/build; fast track and design architect/executive architect projects. -Architectural license preferred. -Proficient with Word and Excel. -Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
