This position is based in downtown Los Angeles, with significant time spent at a project site in the Hollywood area. Responsibilities include: Provide project management expertise necessary for the design of healthcare facilities consistent with the firm\'s commitment to design, quality and schedules as well as the client\'s needs and budget. Assume primary responsibility for client leadership, communication and satisfaction in conjunction with project Principals. Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules. Responsible for staffing requirements of projects. Ensure fulfillment of all contractual requirements for professional services. Develop and maintain work plans. Provide mentoring and coaching to the staff. Participate in marketing proposals and interviews. Maintain involvement with professional organizations to promote the firm. Requirements: 10-20 years of progressive healthcare experience managing large-scale projects Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of related experience and/or training. Registration as a licensed architect preferred. Established and successful client relationships Possess thorough knowledge of entire project delivery process and contractual aspects. Comfortable managing the client, the process and the project team.
