Responsible for the design and production of industrial and commercial projects for Fortune 100 companies. Work closely with in-house production staff and engineers. Prepare drawings and technical specifications Apply for and acquire construction permits Strong client communication, presentation and project management skills Working knowledge of construction documentation, permitting, building systems, familiarity of process and packaging, construction methods, and detailing is mandatory. Perform other duties as assigned: Requirements: Minimum 12 years design experience required Architectural License required Familiarity with building materials and equipment manufacturer\'s and products Familiarity with building construction and installation practices.
