Job Description:
 A Fortune 500 company seeks a Private Banking Relationship Manager with 3-5 years of experience working with HNW clients in a consultative sales capacity. The candidate will acquire and manage revenue-generating affluent client relationships, using advisory and consultative sales skills. Provide financial solutions to include; custom lending, personal trust, tax and estate planning, and investment management services. Develop sales and marketing strategies for acquiring and further penetrating existing client relationships. Seek business through referrals from existing client relationships and external networking opportunities, such as centers of influence. Use system and tools to manage and work leads, contacts, and track daily sales activities. Maintain working knowledge of in-market competitors (products, pricing). Supports team members by providing information and education specific to the Private Banking Program. Deliver and seek feedback for improving personal performance. Develop an effective relationship with local partners; Wealth Office, Small Business Banker, Financial Advisor and Business/Commercial Banker. Participate in community and civic activities. B.A./B.S. degree is preferred. An MBA, CFP, PFP is preferred. Insurance and Series 7/66 licenses is required or the candidate must be willing to obtain within 12 months. Ability to understand personal and business financial statements, complex tax returns and understanding of credit structures is needed. Lending experience is required. Sales, marketing and presentation experience is needed.
