 This Fortune 100 Company seeks Human Resources Generalist with 6 years of HR professional experience in staffing and web-based recruiting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hourly staffing process in the facility, providing coaching/guidance to supervision on HR related issues and supporting diversity, compensation, employee relations, benefits and development/performance management. Lead local attendance management programs as well as provide guidance relative to disability progressions, FMLA, ADA and Workers’ Compensation administration. Lead special projects, incident investigations, design, develop & conduct training programs and mentor HR Coordinator. Serves as a back-up resource to Facility HR Manager. A BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR/SPHR Certification and/or advance courses in the HR field required. Experience in secondary HR areas, including employee relations, benefits, training or compensation needed. HR experience in the petrochemical industry or a manufacturing environment. Casework experience relative to FMLA, ADA , Workers’ Compensation, Compensation, attendance management. Ability to conduct training and/or make presentations. Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate. Occasional travel to Northeast Refining facilities (Westville, NJ , Marcus Hook, PA and Philadelphia, PA ) may required. Position could be located in the Philadelphia , Marcus Hook, or Eagle Point refineries.
