Job Description:
 A financial services company seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst with 4-5 years of HR compensation related experience. The candidate will assist in the administration of investment management’s compensation programs including salary administration, annual cash and long term incentives. Assist in the design and implementation of performance metrics supporting investment management’s investment professionals, sales and marketing teams and infrastructure teams. Manage the maintenance and administration of the Investment Management compensation database in compliance with audit procedures. Manage participation in annual compensation surveys and oversee analysis of compensation survey responses. Assist in the evaluation of existing compensation plans to ensure that compensation remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate employees. Partner with HR Generalists in the recruiting effort providing compensation guidance. Experience in the investment/asset management industry is highly desired.
