Job Description:
 An IT outsourcing service provider seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 3+ years of related work experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing senior management with an assessment of historical and future financial performance, inclusive of thorough KPI analysis, variance and key trends analysis, risks and opportunities assessment and key business insights. Will be leading the planning and forecasting cycles, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities resulting from analysis, coordinating the month end analysis of results, as well as working closely with multiple departments of the company. Will supervise one junior financial analyst. Lead the weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast efforts. Perform variance and key trends analysis. Assess risks and opportunities to the forecast. Participate in the month-end close process. Establish and maintain vendor purchase requisitions and invoicing schedules for timely payment. Assist in annual audits by external auditors. Provide administrative finance support to management that includes researching and compiling data and information for various programs and projects and composing and distributing correspondence. Prepare business cases and financial models to support Company initiatives. Monitor and track timesheet and expense reporting to ensure proper coding procedures are followed. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is needed. An MBA/CPA is preferred. Previous work experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus. Advanced Excel skills are required. Strong financial and accounting systems skills are needed.
