Job Description:

A leading national law firm seeks a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years’ staffing experience, including specific expertise designing and implementing a staffing function. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of overall staff recruitment strategy in all locations. Work collaboratively with the HR manager team and senior compensation analyst in all aspects of recruitment strategy and implementation. Based on strategy, source, recruit, and interview to screen candidates and present short list of top quality candidates. Internally market/promote recruiting services to employees and managers. Conduct or facilitate training/coaching sessions on the staffing process, interview techniques, and selection criteria. Negotiate agency fee and service level agreements and update such agreements. Establish a network of preferred agency providers within practice groups. Support HR Managers during slower talent acquisition times, and assist with project work outside of recruiting as needed. Oversee the posting of open positions and facilitation of the interview process; conduct reference checks and salary verifications; and work with an outside vendor for pre-employment background screening. The candidate should have B.S./B.A. degree. Law firm or professional services experience preferred. Merger and acquisition experience a plus.
