Job Description: Contact warm-market referrals and leads and prospect new sources of business on a regular basis. Deliver consultative, non-threatening presentations to ensure that all of the clients’ needs are met and that the overall buying experience is the best in the industry. Develop and maintain referral relationships with clients and other outside resources. Analyze clients’ financial needs and confer with support team to determine what products and/or services will best suit the clients’ needs. Prepare and present customized proposals to new and existing clients based on their specific needs. Complete business transaction paperwork. Maintain records and document activity. Participate in regular training/educational sessions and (ongoing) product specialization training to increase knowledge. Coach, mentor and support other team members.

Job Requirements: Must have excellent manager/client references and pass background check Note: The State of California requires our representatives to have a current Life & Health insurance license. If you are currently not licensed, you may still be eligible for this opportunity. We are willing to provide the right individual the support necessary to obtain the necessary certification.
3-5 years previous employment history Sales/Marketing experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual
Excellent presentation, management, negotiation and prospecting skills Excellent communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal Ability to create and support long-term client relationships Bilingual is a plus, especially with the Mandarin, Chinese and Spanish dialects Competitive “Can do” attitude, strong personal initiative and ability to work independently Team-player with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment Ability to think creatively and willingness to learn Basic computer literacy (Windows, Word, Internet, Email, Data Entry, etc.), proficiency in MS Office required Real Estate, Mortgage background, Series 6, 63 or other securities certifications a MAJOR PLUS
