Job Description:
• Management all Function in the company to ensure hitting targets
• Implementation and review of tactical and strategic business development.
• Regular communication with the Group CEO
• Ensure appropriate communication channels exist between the various divisions of the company;
• Analysis of KPI’s
• Regular analysis of revenue performance of the sales department
• Participate in cross-functional management meetings on strategic issues
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Competitive Analysis
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenues
• Chair weekly meetings
• Conflict resolution
• Staff reviews/ appraisals

Job Requirements:
Good people manager (can listen well) and excellent in execution
- Outgoing person who can motivate people and communicates with them automatically
- Stable and calm personality who can think and act rationally
- Preferably a master degree or a bachelor and MBA level of thinking
- Sales management experience in B2B environment.
- Can write and read English
- Good listener and communicator
- Pro-active, positive, dynamic, flexible attitude
- Can and wants to investigate and check the details while also keeping a helicopter overview
- Strong but calm personality; person who gets respect
- Location: Beijing
- Hands on person who can delegate well but is not afraid to do things him/her self
- Experience in online recruitment or HR industry is not required
- Working experience from an international managed company; international style of acting & thinking
