Provide leadership & training for cell employees with focus on product cost, quality & production schedule. May be assigned to variety of applications including machining, finishing, forging, casting, and molding. Participate or lead efforts to implement most effective process methods, floor layout and work schedules. Lead problem solving efforts around production issues and conflicts. Requirements:Qualified candidate should possess proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. This would include effective delivery of high quality products, on time and with maximum efficiency. Experience in improving manufacturing processes and production flow will be key to success.
