Job Description:
Level of competency in shop floor standards (SS's) Working knowledge of profit measures (operational excelence and scorecard) Quality measures and associated impact to product line performance Relevant QMI's (C/O, SPC) Job Responsibitlies: Direction to the manfacturing resources in achieving production schedules First line communication to direct labor for all policy and procedure complicity Develop and review regularly for improvement, productivity measures for positive P&L impact to product lines Overall housekeeping, cleaning and safety compliance of the assigned manufacturing areas Provide performance reviews and progressive discipline in accordance with personnel policy Coordinate appropriate resource allocation to ensure effective balance of workplace Time and attendance administration Recommend workplace modifications to suit product mix change or to enhance manufacturing performance Ensure employees with certified operator requirements Motivate and focus support groups as needed to achieve production schedules Familiarity and compliance with corporate and plant protocols including EHS, SOX, Ethics of business conduct, ABS, ASAT, ISO, and export control.
