The Quality Leader must be able to lead a team of Quality Technicians and Engineers in the Commercial business to develop a robust Quality Plan and implement the plan Support all aspects of Quality, Customer realationship and support. Support Quality improvement activites, process capabilities, BIS and Assembly defect reduction and Right First Time Quality. Support and participates-VPI and VPC activities as it realates to product quality. Provide Managment direction to Quality staff and technical employees. Manage Quality expense and other miscellaneous budgets. Participates in improving the effectiveness of the quality management system. Responsibility for mandaitory and realated quality measurment. Lead the operations quality improvment council. Provide leadership, training, support for production improvement team. BS degree in manufacturing/Quality/Industrial Engineering or equal.
