Job Description:

A leader in public/private community development seeks a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high volume/diversified position mix. The candidate will support Lend Lease Vision, Values, and Ethics through identifying, sourcing, and recruiting talent for the business. Manage the drive for continuous improvement in support of putting People First. Provide exceptional customer service and establish service level standards and accountabilities within the recruitment function. Identify, screen and submit candidates for all positions in various cities and offices. Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers and maintain follow-up contact with all candidates. Implement staffing plan and meet regularly with appropriate functional leaders to keep plan updated. Implement and promote recruitment process to ensure that compliance standards are maintained. Maintain monthly recruitment metrics inclusive of turnover, source of hire, referrals, tenure, cost per hire, diversity, hired turnaround, and time to interview. Work in close relationship with all HR Staff to communicate open positions, offers extended to candidates, acceptance of offers, and start dates. Also work with the HR Partners to obtain approvals for all components of the offer and relocation to ensure consistency and internal equity. Develop understanding of the company image, reputation, services, benefits and roles, in order to sell Lend Lease Retail and Communities to prospective candidates. Investigate and learn real estate and construction industries, associations, and our competitors. Debrief all candidates for market knowledge and feedback. Learn internal staff capabilities and competencies in order to facilitate the career opportunities for employees. Support preparation of recruiting compliance reports and/or corporate submissions related to diversity, EEO, as needed. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques and tools is required. Moderate travel will be required.
