Job Description:

A hotel management company seeks a Restaurant Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing the food and beverage outlets (restaurant, room service, 2 bars) operations to insure the best quality service, food presentation and guest experience while maintaining all controllable costs. Must have worked as a hotel restaurant manager. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and 3-5 years of hotel restaurant management experience; or high school diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of hotel restaurant management experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge and abilities. Must be able to work in a high volume restaurant. Must be available to work any day of the week, days and evenings, as the schedule needs.
