Lead and manage EA ensuring business and production goals are met.2. Develop effective and positive employee relations through: 2.1. Ensuring a safe work environment for all employees; complying with OSHA and Company safety and environmental standards.2.2. The timely delivery of formal performance evaluations.2.3. Providing on-going performance feedback and coaching.2.4. The development of leaders within the plant.2.5. Conducting monthly employee meetings.3. Provide leadership in the continuous improvement process through collaboration with factory and/or divisional resources in Lean Manufacturing and Process/Manufacturing Engineering teams. 4. Effective focus factory alignment to include:4.1. Participating in the budgeting and planning for EA. 4.2. Developing a cost effective operating budget in support of factory and business goals.4.3. Maintaining a high level of customer service through on-time deliveries, responsiveness to customer needs and ensuring that the quality of the product shipped meets customer quality requirements.5. Interface with divisional manufacturing resources as well as all Plant Managers to review and/or develop manufacturing practices, procedures and/or policies.6. Represent the company positively and effectively in all situations.7. Perform other duties as needed to meet customer expectations.
