Tasks & responsibilities Will function as a shop / manufacturing controller for production processes and aide the Director of Manufacturing in fiduciary decision making. Will also interact with all department Managers within Manufacturing in aiding them to track costs, improve efficiency, and maintain budgets. Create detailed reports and analysis of shop activity to improve efficiency and establish economically feasible solutions. Create, maintain and track budgets to ensure proper monetary utilizations and determine problem areas in the manufacturing facility. Control the development of cost schedules and direct labor hours for manufacturing services. Support the implementation of SAP as a manufacturing and CO module user. Candidate requirements Must possess a BS in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Masters degree and/or CPA a plus. Must have at least four (4) years of experience as a Junior Controller or similar role.
