Provide Managment direction to Quality staff and technical employees. Manage Quality expense and other miscellaneous budgets. Participates in improving the effectiveness of the quality management system. Responsibility for mandaitory and realated quality measurment. Lead the operations quality improvment council. Provide leadership, training, support for production improvement team. BS degree in manufacturing/Quality/Industrial Engineering or equal. Requires 6-8 years of progressive Manufacturing/Quality experience. Accomplished computer skills including Microsoft Word, Ecel, and Access. Broad Knowledge of Quality Tools and their applications. Support Cummins Six Sigma inititives.
