Bachelor抯 Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent. 路 Five or more experience in an engineering leadership role. 路 Five or more years experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment, high tech industry such as semiconductor or photovoltaic preferred. 路 Proven experience using engineering tools for problem solving and continuous improvement Six Sigma methods Design of Experiments Statistical hypothesis testing Regression analysis Cause-effect analysis FMEA Statistical process control and process capability 路 Proven Organizational, Managerial and Personal Development Skills. 路 Possess excellent data handling skills. 路 Experience with optics, lasers and precision alignment equipment a strong plus Essential Job Functions: 路 Leads equipment and process continuous improvement activity for the Laser processing equipment relating to production output, production yield and process control. 路 Responsible for leading the completion of all new plant startup process qualification plans.
