Job Description:

Position will include managing department output, productivity, inventory, customer service, safety and the manufacturing process. It will also include people management including time and attendance, vacation and discipline. Position will be on second shift (4:00 pm - 12:30 am). We require strong leadership with a high desire for continuous improvement. Past manufacturing experience required. Experience in a union environment is a plus. EOE M/F/D/V Requirements: Job Requirements BS degree required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with degrees in engineering or an engineering related field.
