Lean Manufacturing team and Manufacturing Engineering to improve procedures and processes.6. Attend pre-build meetings as necessary to insure proper product flow into/through department. Must be able to accurately analyze design drawings as well as Bill of Material (BOM) for proper manufacturability.7. Participate in budgeting and planning for the HSPR Manufacturing plant.8. Foster teamwork through effective communication, to staff and other departments, of the relationship between quality workmanship, customer service, and customer satisfaction.9. Maintain good attendance and work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. Arrive to work before the start of the shift to create/receive the night shift production briefing. Provide leadership during overtime shifts.10. Represent the company and department effectively in all situations.11. Perform other duties as needed to meet customer expectations. Requirements 1. BS degree in Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering Technology or comparable degree. Comparable combination of formal training and experience will be considered.2. Training and supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability required.3. Good technical writing and verbal communication skills required. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
