Job Description: Duties: Conduct psycho-social assessment of children, youth and adults in the Asian Pacific Islander communities. Provide mental health interventions and case management with children, youth, and adults. Coordinate client care with psychiatrist, outside physicians, Social Services Agency staff, and community based organizations. Work in Integrated Service Teams with therapists, psychiatrists, Wrap Facilitators, Family Partners, Peer Mentor/Support Counselors, Prevention Specialists and interns, in order to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care. Co-facilitate support and psycho-educational groups for children and adolescents in the Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) school-based program.
Job Requirements: Requires: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline, license-eligible with California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and graduate coursework or experience in school-based programs and cross-cultural issues.
