A hotel management company seeks a Director of Operations. The candidate will assist General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations. Oversee the management of the following departments: Food and Beverage outlets, Banquets, Conference Setup, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Loss Prevention. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 7+ years of hotel management experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of hotel management experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in hotel F&B and Rooms. Must have worked in a full service hotel of similar size and quality in middle to senior level hotel manager positions. Must have a strong background in managing hotel food and beverage operations.
