Job Description:
 A Fortune 500 company seeks a Director, Human Resources with 7+ years of HR/Operations experience. The candidate will be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships within HR, acting as lead for assigned cable divisions. Additionally, each will directly interface and support national customer operations. Responsible for the deployment and execution of strategic initiatives to support business objectives aimed at improving the customer experience. Work with various subject matter experts (SME) and field HR on the development of national programs. Handle career path program for customer account executives (CAEs). Increase the virtual workforce performing exceptional customer service remotely. Provide oversight for large scale change initiatives that impact the Customer Service Care organization. Manage the effects of technology deployment on the workforce, including competencies, workforce planning, training and scheduling. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in HR, business administration, or related field is required. Master's degree in business or HRM is preferred. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced organization, serving as a strategic business partner with client group accountability is desirable. A record in champion human resources initiatives/projects both at senior and staff levels throughout an assigned business unit or organization, preferably in a call center or technical operations environment is required.
