A Fortune 500 company seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with 8+ years of practical experience in a financial analysis role with 2 years of managerial experience. The candidate will supervise and develop team of professional financial analysts to prepare monthly financial analysis on all aspects of the business. Create bottoms up quarterly and annual forecasts for management review. Assist the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with all aspects of monthly and weekly subscriber reporting and analysis. Work with Director on preparing monthly and weekly executive summaries distributed to senior management. Develop and prepare subscriber statistics, reports and analysis during the monthly close process. Develop and prepare trend analysis, metrics data and tools for management to analyze and improve business operations and metrics. Act as a liaison between Cable HQ and Operating Divisions. Assist in annual Budget process, month-end reporting, quarter-end reporting and ad hoc analysis. Manage staff on multiple projects and provide support within Department. Graduate Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. An MBA is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in MS PowerPoint are needed. Hyperion Essbase knowledge is a plus.
