Job Description:

A management consulting firm seeks a Senior Consultant with 3+ years of related consulting and project management experience. The candidate will oversee staff to ensure client’s needs are being met, serve as a key contact person for larger clients, meet with clients to update them on project status, and participate in writing proposals and prospecting of new clients. Will participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff as needed, as well as performance reviews for staff. Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring proper staff resources are allocated to each project. A Bachelor's degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Prior consulting and public sector experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint is required. Ability to travel is required.
