Job Description:
 A fast food hamburger chain seeks Senior Compensation Analyst with 3-5 years of compensation related work experience. The candidate assists in the design, and administration of reward and recognition programs on a global basis. This position partners with the Manager, Compensation to maintain the company’s salaries at a competitive level. Administers the quarterly and annual incentive (short-term) bonus programs. Conducts market pricings and job evaluations. Assists in the administration of equity (long-term incentive) programs. Implements the annual merit recommendation process for all salaried employees including system testing, business user support, and results analysis. Designs and administers the team member total rewards programs, consisting of the anniversary bonus, crowning achievement awards, and merit/performance review process. Prepares employee communications regarding all reward and recognition programs. Identifies and determines cost-appropriate solutions to issues with compensation programs. Communicates information regarding compensation to employees of all levels. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in finance, math or HR. Should preferably have comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration, organizational management, and compensation modules in SAP payroll system. Should have thorough knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within Compensation.
