A company providing highly integrated semiconductor solutions that enable broadband communications and the networking of voice, video and data services seeks Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years’ relevant work experience. Responsibilities include: Business partnering with two lines of businesses to achieve financial and business goals through collecting, preparing, and analyzing financial and business information; support monthly demand assessment, P&L outlook, and accounting close processes; establish and maintain key operational metrics and reporting; perform financial investment analyses and make appropriate recommendations; support company-wide financial planning processes and systems; establish and administer business controls; build and manage market research database and communicate to GM and Marketing team; system automation and process improvement. The candidate should have B.S. degree in business administration or equivalent; or M.B.A. with a concentration in finance preferred. Business partnership experience preferred. Working knowledge of financial and accounting systems: Hyperion Essbase, OutlookSoft and PeopleSoft, preferred.
