Job Description:
 An investment management subsidiary of U.K. based bank seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including specific experience providing FP&A business partner support. The candidate is part of the business finance team, with primary responsibility for providing financial planning and analysis support to multiple units within the global technology group. The focus of the position is to assist technology management in making sound business decisions by providing financial services, including planning, reporting, forecasting and business analysis. Provide monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to meet the needs of the business. Prepare the monthly expense and headcount forecast. Support the annual financial planning process and the annual business performance reviews. Maintain various processes including Sarbanes Oxley compliance, invoice approval, and headcount and personnel requests approval. Drive improved process and content around financial processes. Assist with finance projects and ad-hoc analytics requests. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA or CPA desirable. Experience supporting corporate operating groups in a large organization preferred. Should have strong computer skills, including OFA (Oracle Financial Analyzer), advanced Excel, financial modeling, and presentation software.
