Job Description:

An insurance company serving individual and institutional customers worldwide seeks a Human Resources Generalist with 3-5 years of HR experience including recent HR generalist background. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with a specific client group to develop, implement and administer human resources programs and policies. Typically maintains a partnership with middle management leaders however may also have exposure to senior leadership. The candidate will work collaboratively to meet the needs of the client group(s), bringing in HR and community of practice partners as necessary. The role will provide both strategic and tactical human resources support and coordinate applicable/relevant HR initiatives across the client base. The preferred candidate should have Bachelor’s degree. Requires demonstrated experience in partnering with and influencing management on key business planning and goals. Knowledge of retirement services or the financial industry a plus. Must have proficiency with the Microsoft suite and HR related software applications. Thorough knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Should have extensive knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
