An investment management subsidiary of U.K. based bank seeks a Finance Manager with 8-10 years’ experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably in the financial services industry. This role will be one of two manager roles within the IIB Finance team with this role primarily focused on: Overseeing various financial processes; consolidating financial information across the IIB Finance team; taking the lead in developing processes and reporting to increase the efficiency of the team; and seeking to add value to the organization by meeting departments goals. Manage team of two existing financial professionals that are responsible for: Coordinating various periodic IIB-wide financial processes including the annual plan, monthly forecast and close and annual business performance reviews and providing financial services including planning, reporting, forecasting and business analysis for several business units within IIB. Spearhead efforts to develop and implement streamlined solutions for collecting data from various sources in order to facilitate management reporting and financial analysis. Work with other finance team members and business managers to develop and provide ongoing reporting of key performance indicators, other metrics, and standard reports to measure the health of the business. Develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the finance team. Coordinate with the business finance officer to identify key priorities and projects for this central reporting team. The preferred candidate should have B.S./B.A., M.B.A.
