Job Description:
The Production Supervsisor is responsible for optimizing the usage of Raw and Packaging materials; crewing performance and usage (overtime, accountabilities fulfillment , skills, etc), ensuring adherence to specifications and Standard Operation Procedures and Conditions (SOPs & SOCs) and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP, Safety practices (OSHA), employment policies and procedures. Responsible for the execution and reporting of day to day production and schedule attainment. Bilingual English/Spanish required (will consider candidate with ability to maintain /understand conversations, give instruction and receive feedback in Spanish).
