This controller is a key player in the management of this plant with listened to input to corporate.If your on the sidelines for this one you are not the right person!Minimum 8 to 10 years of accounting/analysis experience in manufacturing cost environment including supervision of staff;3 to 5 years of management experience strongly preferred;Experience in supporting and realizing results from activities such as Lean, 6-sigma, and quality;Cost accounting, inventory management, and product profitability improvement experience is strongly preferredStrong Microsoft Excel work skills required; knowledge of Access a plus;Effective leadership and ability to influence others.
