Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Support Manager to be located in our Jeffersonville, IN America Place production facility.Under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations, has primary responsibility for the support operations of the plant. This position has responsibility for Process Quality, Learning and Development, Inventory, Logistics, Mail Operations, Finance and administrative support functions. The individual will be responsible for compliance with manufacturing and non-manufacturing policies, financial and non-financial measurement and reporting, learning and development initiatives and quality process standards. The individual will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives throughout the organization, extending to suppliers and customers, and utilizing lean manufacturing methodology. Will be responsible for leading, training, motivating and the evaluation of support operations staff.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 4 to 6 years manufacturing management experience.
