Monitor all quality services procedures to access production process capabilities and deficiencies and take corrective action when necessary. 5.Monitor packing and packaging processes to insure specification compliance and customer confidence while assuring regulatory requirements and food safety from processing through shipping. 6.Monitor product and process environmental temperatures. Record data and take appropriate action when necessary to assure product wholesomeness, specifications compliance and regulatory requirements. 7.Supervise and evaluate pre-operational and operation sanitation inspection programs to insure the highest possible standard of plant cleanliness and equipment sanitation. Continually contribute to the improvement of Iowa Pacific Processors sanitation program. 8.Supervise the monitoring and collection of net weight and dry tare data. 9.Continually contributing to the maintenance and improvement of Iowa Pacific Processors Food Safety programs, specification documentation systems, inspection procedures and HACCP/SSOP programs. 10.Manage the submission, approval and adherence of all federally required product package labels and required regulatory processing programs / procedures with accompanying data and for ongoing documentation. 11.Manage the inspection of returned product and ages inventory, determine disposition of such product and assure such disposition is achieved.
