Job Description:
 A company delivering cutting-edge technology to the petroleum refining, gas processing, petrochemical production and major manufacturing industries seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 6+ years’ related experience in combination of accounting and financial analysis in increasingly responsible roles. Responsibilities include business partnering with the various functional executive leadership teams (Customer & Product Support (C&PS), Legal & Contracts (L&C), Finance, HR) to provide support for the following areas: Prepare and effectively communicate monthly financial results and forecasts; provide detailed analysis and variance commentary for corporate functional transformation reporting; review and approve capital requests as required. Coordinate and develop the annual operating plan and five year strategic plan. Interact with cross functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment and government compliance resolutions. Prepare short range outlook (SRO) in support of quarterly spending. Communicate with globally located sites to create reliable reporting and consistent cost management. Establish monthly meetings with key stakeholders to proactively discuss relevant financial issues. Identify and implement areas for process improvement. Consistent interaction with executive leadership team on business decisions that drive meeting financial commitments (C&PS, L&C, Finance, HR). The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business with an accounting or finance emphasis. Advanced education and/or CPA desirable. Strong financial analysis experience/skills; financial planning and analysis experience within a large, complex, global organization preferred. Strong information systems abilities (Excel, Essbase, Hyperion, SAP) required.
