 A leading global provider of integrated avionics, propulsion engines, aircraft and engine systems and full-service solutions seeks a Compensation Manager with 5+ years of compensation experience or HR Generalist with strong compensation focus. The candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of client business issues and priorities; quickly establish credibility and trust by delivering on commitments and meeting client recommendations. Prepare executive compensation offers for internal and external hires. Annual compensation planning: Manage and train client group on salary planning tool; drive expected differentiation within groups and support HR Generalists with analysis of compensation recommendation; prepare and own all Tier 2 Executive and Non-Executive salary reviews. Influence senior leaders using a balance of HR expertise, business acumen, objectivity, and relationship skills. Advise and influence compensation strategy, programs and issues. Project management: Plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources. Continuously improve compensation processes. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources or related field. Should have CCP certification. Postgraduate education in HR or M.B.A. preferred. Project management experience is required. Strong advisory and influence skills at the executive level is essential.
