Job Description:
 A company providing network infrastructure equipment and professional services needed to deliver voice, video, Internet and data communications around the world seeks Human Resources Manager with 5-7 years’ HR experience with 5 years’ experience gained at the strategic level and preferably in a global organization. The candidate will support global network solutions business unit. Responsibilities include the following: Ensure consistency in application of HR policies, procedures and practices; championing and role modeling company values; supporting business integration (post-acquisition) and change management; Supporting growth initiatives through acquisitions; building a culture of strong leaders and high performing teams; interfacing and partnering with corporate service groups (compensation, benefits, HRIS, shared services, legal); interfacing and partnering with global HR business partners and business unit management; ensure the delivery of strategic and tactical HR objectives; partner with management and provide leadership and coaching in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and staffing, performance and development, and compliance matters. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in human resources, M.B.A. preferred. Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess high quality talent. Solid project management and business acumen are essential.
