Job Description:
 Firm providing senior living housing and services seeks Executive Director with 5+ years’ experience in operations, marketing, financial planning, and human resources management. The candidate will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing. Participate in sales and marketing activities. Develop and implement an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals while meeting customer and associate reasonable expectations. Implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence. Implement programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction. Maintain and upgrade knowledge and implementation of standards and requirements specified by federal and state laws. Maintain high occupancy by developing and implementing marketing strategies. The preferred candidate should have degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field. Requires 3+ years’ experience in senior living industry managing senior living communities. Should have the ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget. Work history that supports ability to hire, direct, and manage associates is essential.
