Job Description:
A growing Denver boutique law firm is looking for
an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support
the Managing Partner. This position requires a
minimum of four years corporate law experience in
a firm setting with a focus on legal compliance for
highly regulated transactions.

Applicants for this position will have a strong
attention to detail and be organized with excellent
written and oral communication skills. This role is
designed for self-starters with the desire to work
independently and with minimal supervision. This
new team member must thrive in a fast paced and
deadline driven environment and enjoy managing
multiple projects.

Candidates for this opportunity will have
demonstrated Internet research skills and an
advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook
and Excel. Additional requirements include a stable
employment history and a Bachelor's Degree. ABA
approved Paralegal Certificate is preferred but not
required.
