Job Description:
This position reports to the Site Manager of the Wichita PMD Plant. Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of the following: - Demonstrated managerial, safety leadership and interpersonal skills.- Ability to drive Global Operations Programs.- Experience in management or support of manufacturing operations (industrial gases or chemicals)- A track record of success in Safety, Environmental, Diversity and Employee Involvement. - Self-motivated and a demonstrated team player. - Minimum of 10+ years in manufacturing operations management, maintenance, or engineering roles is desired- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent work experienceAir Products (NYSE:APD) serves customers in industrial, energy, technology and healthcare markets worldwide with a unique portfolio of atmospheric gases, process and specialty gases, performance materials, and equipment and services.
