Accountabilities include: Sustaining Engineering Management and allocation of sustaining engineering budgets (PMI) Manufacturing Engineering Manufacturing process definition and documentation Process improvement, qualification and validation Co approval for ISC product designs Quality, performance & process metrics Root Cause and Corrective action of manufacturing problems Manufacturing tooling (cost, design & maintenance) Producibility and Quality improvements Management of ISC capital budgets Accountable to provide sufficient manufacturing (process, equipment & testequipment) capacity to successfully deliver to customer demand requirements Equipment and site planning Unit Product Cost (UPC) cost management from a conversion cost perspective Identification of VE opportunities Perform all HR required duties for assigned personnel Support resolution of supplier problemsTest Process Test process operational requirements Test process improvement Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) of test problems and issues.
