Job Description:
Lead Sarbanes - Oxley (SOX) efforts for the facility.Prepare plant Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts, and monthly projections.Monitor profit improvements and track cost reduction initiatives.Work with operations on capital investment analysis and strategy, along with accounting for fixed assets.Manage and develop plant controls and compliance procedures.Work closely with manufacturing to understand processing cost and suggest improvements.Perform all scrap, expense, and inventory reporting as needed.Perform and monitor inventory cost updates and changes.Complete other ad hoc financial analysis as requested.Communicate and advise key local and divisional stakeholders on key financial metrics associated with the business.Work with Plant in implementing and tracking Enterprise Lean Sigma savings projects. Position Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting (M)CPA or CMA (W)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial/accounting analysis for a manufacturing company (M)Must have had some exposure to Operations, Controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Inventory Procedures (M)Solid experience with ERP systems.
