This role requires a motivated person who has the ability to work both independently or as part of a team as well as the capacity to adapt to a variety of work environments to drive change and implement sustainable process improvement. Plan and execute Lean Sigma projects at the customer in support of FRNA profitable growth objectives Continually drive business focus and dedication to customer satisfaction through Voice of the Customer Be advanced user and teacher of Lean Sigma concepts and techniques Ability to lead a Kaizen Event of teams from 5-25 people and monitor the post-project improvement sustainability Develop customer focused strategies to support divisional and product team growth initiatives Write and extract case studies to be used in training Work with Sales, Marketing ad Operations Leadership Teams to establish projects and priorities Position Requirements: Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Manufacturing certification preferred. Must have Bachelors Degree and strong business skills Exhibits strong working knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC & DFSS) and demonstrated use of Lean Manufacturing techniques and sustained improvements Use/knowledge of spreadsheet, statistical, and/or database software tools to drive decision making Effective at teaching and mentoring others including customer teams and FRNA Lean Sigma professionals Demonstrates creativity and innovation in problem-solving; applying Lean Sigma tools to difficult and complex problems.
