The Business Operations Manager has global responsibility for the Semiconductor product line including strategic direction, P&L, development and customer order engineering, customer service, assembly operations, quality systems, design and manufacturing processes. Also responsible for operating as the business owner of the entire product delivery system including direction of remote (at customer site) personnel to manage interface with customer and perform field service work. Primary business contact with the customer. Presents action items to the customer that will yield zero defects and 100% on-time delivery to customer.
