Supervises and leads Pump Production Team towards meeting assigned goals and objectives. Interacts with various internal departments to improve quality, reduce costs, and meet delivery requirements of external and internal customers. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred. Six Sigma Training desired Minimum Education and Experience Two - year collage or Technical degree, with 5+years related experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ year supervisory experience. 4 Year Business or Engineering Degree preferred Minimum Knowledge Abilities and Skills * Verbal and written communication skills. * Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate production equipment. * Skill in providing direction, feedback, and training to employees; ability to determine training needs and develop appropriate methodologies for on-the-job training. * Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality standards; ability to resolve quality issues within department. * Knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures. * Knowledge of and ability to operate personal computer and ORACLE system. * Ability to provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to production personnel. * Ability to coordinate resources to meet production schedules. * Ability to participate as a team member in work group and project teams. * Problem solving skills to resolve down time issues.
