Job Description:
The Plant Maintenance Manager will utilise proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery and document all work performed. You must maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations that affect the plant operations, and comply with Federal regulations and company safety policies and practices to promote safety awareness in the plant. You will perform root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/failures, take required corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions. The successful applicant will work with the production personnel to schedule preventative and break-down maintenance. You will be responsible for three direct reports, scheduling working hours to cover 7-day operations, and supervising the work of the engineers. This is a hands-on management role, which will require you to bend, twist, reach, pull, push, and routinely lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You will be expected to meet operating and financial goals and customer needs. Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a 2-year college degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of maintenance work experience.
